Annual Closure Dates:
We are a family operated business, each year we close office and factory for annual leave. June/July midyear closure for 2 weeks and December/January Christmas New Year closure for 3 weeks. Dates advised via email and web site when set.
Orders can be placed on our web site, phone or email. In most cases orders are despatched within a couple of days but please allow 4 – 7 working days, in the case of stock shortages we will advise if there will be a delay of more than 7 days. Please remember that payment must be made before we despatch any goods, so allow time for that as well.
Please be sure to make note of minimum order requirements. 25g and 50g guest soaps minimum 2 packs, 100g soaps minimum order 8 soaps for small orders and orders over 100 soaps minimum of 5 per variety, full logs minimum of 4 and half logs minimum of 8.
All orders must be paid in full prior to despatch.
Payments can be made by credit card, direct deposit or PayPal.
All orders are free freight anywhere in Australia. All freight is fully traceable until order reaches destination. We will do our utmost to ensure the best packaging possible but we are not responsible while stock in transit.
Due to the nature of soap being handmade and hand cut there can be weight variations of a couple of grams either side of the average weight of 100g.
We can custom make requirements outside our normal range. Custom soaps need to be ordered in full log quantities of 48 soaps per log. Pricing may vary from our normal range depending of alterations, additives, essential or fragrant oils. Customised orders do not follow our regular turnaround time. Full payment is required before production and as custom made soaps are not standard stock lines, orders can not be cancelled once production commenced.
100g soaps can be supplied with no label, standard picture label, paper wrap label or customised labels. Please be sure to advise label preference when ordering. Guest soaps are only available in pack quantities, both 25g and 50g are not individually wrapped or labelled.
We can customise labels to suit your business. Initial set up fee is $27. Customised label service cost is 10 cents per label, minimum 5 per variety.
To set up your labels, we require that you send us your logo if applicable and/or any contact details that you would like on your label. Customised labels can be either standard picture label with your details in replace of Speciality Soap or a completely different design using your logo. Labels (wrapped and labelled) measure 63mm x 38mm. Paper wrap label 58mm x 58mm front and back.
all pricing is exclusive of GST. Please note that multiple orders cannot be accumulated to get the cheaper pricing.
About our Soap
Our handmade soap is made from scratch using only quality, all NATURAL INGREDIENTS that include a blend of olive oil, coconut oil, sunflower oil, rice bran oil, avocado oil, castor oil and shea butter. Our soap is scented with only luxurious pure essential oils or high quality fragrance oils. We also add goats milk, honey, clays and natural botanicals for exfoliating texture. We add no chemicals, phosphates, sodium lauryl sulphates or parabens.
In our hand crafted soap we use the cold process in which all our ingredients are mixed at a low temperature. This process retains all the natural goodness of the base oils and essential oils. In the saponification process large quantities of natural glycerine is produced which remains in the final bar of soap.
All our soaps are very long lasting, produce an abundant creamy lather and leave skin feeling clean and fresh. Handmade soap does not strip your skin of its natural oils the way commercial products can. Try a bar of natural handmade soap and test for your self. Handmade soap has to be experienced to be appreciated fully.
